99% of leaking in an RTA is usually because of wicking. Here's a few question Rik and maybe we can fix the issue.
1) Are you filling up(but not stuffing) the wicking channels. Unless there is a major fault, the juice is somehow getting past your cotton and getting into the airflow. If your using a small diameter coil, there will be less cotton to fill the juice channels.
2) Is the cotton hanging over or really close to the airflow under the coil. This is an issue with my Ammit 25. I have to make sure the cotton is nowhere near the airflow or it will leak.
3) Is the 510 on the bottom tight??. Try tightening the 510 but don't go crazy, some of these screws can break, then your fucked.

I'm only using the SXK Kayfun 5 right now.

Everything else I've touched leaks like a moose after a kegger!

Vandy Vape is not on my radar, NEVER AGAIN.  I have three of their tanks.  They may VAPE perfect for me and be easy to build on, but if I need a strainer, I'll get it from the kitchen.

LOL

Went through three wickings, burned them all before I realized I didn't open the juice flow!

I'll make a post on my thread updating other things.

I have finally given up on the Vandy Vape Beserker MTL RTA.  I have 3 of them.  The newest one I opened, built it, filled, vaped, and refilled and vaped it until I had to rebuild on it.  Once rebuilt, other than welding, it just won't stop leaking.  All 3 of them leak, exact same way, at the bottom, from the press-fit seam, and always after a rebuild.  Vandy Vape will rot in hell on a  festering pile of goat shit before they get another cent from me.

A turd is a turd is a turd is a turd.

It is probably even a bit high for me.

If I recall correctly, it is regulated at 12 watts. That eliminated it as a possibility for me, regardless of any other nice features.

I start a new 1.8 ohm coil at 9 watts and slowly increase it as the coil gunks up a bit. By the time it gets to 12 watts, I know I only have about another week or two before I need to change out the coil.

Of course, the necessary wattage will depend on the vaping experience you desire, how well that particular coil is constructed, how gunked up it may be, the juice you are using and the nicotine level of the juice. There may be other factors as well. Only experimentation will allow you to get the best vape you can out of a particular setup.
