So i took the plunge and bought one as my aerotank was getting boring the guy in shop made it up single coil so can copy it as template and start building reads 1.5ohm on my ivp at 12 watts just tastes awful no flavour at all burning he said adjust the screw which i did worked for a few puffs then burn again what am i doing wrong

Burning tastes are invariably down to poor wicking. Can you change/adjust the wick yourself?

Try tightening up the air flow as tight as it will go and see if improves. If it does it's certainly a wicking issue. Also try taking 'primer puffs' - Draw on it hard without firing a couple of times. This pulls more juice into the coil. Again, if this improves things it's down to wicking.

I just want something better than my nautilus & aerotank think may have jumped into too complicated territory on plus side i get paid to vape so got time to learn

Then perhaps that's a little tighter than I was suggesting  :D

Open it up again and try some primer puffs.

Haha it works alright then get burnt again i may replace wick with less ill take some pics in morning it worked great till i got out of shop lol about my luck i guess

Can you take a picture of your set up?

Would imagine the juice channels are blocked

 I agree Dan, thatís common error with the kayfun, make sure the wick just touches the ledge above the channels donít fold it along the ledge, itís what works for me.

I lifted wick and played with airhole then swapped liquid from my home made to a store flavour and works far better

 Good to see you got it sorted.
I never get them to wick properly using the method in the user manual (folding along ledge) as in picture No2, but No3 looks like what works for me.

Its good if have the patience i guess works proper now i see has the benefits when you learn how to consistantly do it
