GP Heron in detail
« on: February 22, 2014, 11:31:47 AM »
This is a detailed break down of the GP Heron - 22mm silica atomizer from Vapourart

Spares that were included with the atomizer.
GP fluff is also included, but not pictured.

The GPin:

Note that two pins on left. You will need to put one in that will fit your battery.
I am using the shorter pin with Efest 18500. I assume that the longer pin would fit 18500 AW batteries.

The base:

The serial number and the logo are inside the base under the GPin

The air holes have a diameter of 1.2mm

The air hole between the posts is 1.5mm in diameter

The AFC ring

At this point, you would put your wick and coil in

There is a ring that screws on the base, which will hold the main body. You could also fit the 'topper' on the top of the ring if you are going to use cotton.

The topper if you are using cotton

To fit the GPin, you just screw it in, clockwise

Main body

The shorter recess fits the top cap and the longer goes on the base

The bell

Drip tip

And finally the fully assembled atomizer

In this picture, the GP Heron is on 18500 GP Paps

And for comparison, GP Heron and GP Spheroid, both on 18500 GP Paps tubes
